Here's the breakdown: we're under a Winter Weather Advisory starting at midnight tonight, which goes through Wednesday morning. We could potentially see rain, sleet and some snow. Then, later in the day, a cold front comes through, changing it all over to snow. Areas north of Saginaw could see up to 6+ inches of snow; the Flint area could see 2-5 inches. In the Lansing area,

Mixed precipitation expected. Total ice accumulations
of one to two tenths of an inch and snow accumulations of 2 to
4 inches expected. Wind gusts in excess of 40 mph are possible
Tuesday night into Wednesday with areas of blowing snow.
