A democrat state representative in Kentucky has introduced a bill in the state house that would require men to get a note from their wives stating that their husband has her permission to purchase an erectile dysfunction drug.

She says she is tired of what she considers the government inserting itself into women’s private lives, so she would like to return the the favor.

As a side note, interesting that the baby while in the mother's womb is her's and her's only but if they decide the baby lives the man has to pay for the baby. Can anyone help us figure this one out.

The Washington Post is reporting that the House Bill 396 would require that someone seeking Viagra, Cialis, Levitra or Avanafil:

“make a sworn statement with his hand on a Bible that he will only use a prescription for a drug for erectile dysfunction when having sexual relations with his current spouse.”

Democrat Kentucky state represent Mary Lou Marzian, a Louisville Democrat was quoted in the article stating:

“I started thinking, ‘How would this body of men feel if the government was injecting [itself] into their private medical decisions,’ ”

Does she ever think the women only thinks of themselves and no one else? Does she feel women are that selfish?

The democrat state representative made her proposal a week after Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin (R) signed a bill requiring all women to consult with a doctor at least 24 hours before an abortion. The “informed consent” bill, as it was labeled, passed with 92 “yes” votes with only 3 votes against it. Surprise, surprise Ms. Marzian was one of only three members of the Kentucky House to vote against the law.

Now how does consulting with a doctor equate with getting a permission slip from your wife?

If she was an intelligent woman she would have proposed a note from a doctor. Apparently a democrat can get re-elected many times over, she has been in the office since the 90's, in Kentucky and not be very bright.

How about you guys, could you come up with a better analogy?

Ladies do you think this is a good idea, is a great way to get back at the pro-lifers?
