Need A Mask? Make Your Own Using Paper Towel and Rubber Bands
As Michigan starts to reopen, most businesses are requiring patrons to wear a mask. Here is an easy, effective paper mask you can make at home.
Dr. Yang has put together this great video showing us how to make a five layer paper towel mask using only paper towels and rubber bands. This is really helpful now that most businesses in Genesee County have started requiring a mask for entry.
I was turned away at a couple of different places this weekend because I forgot my mask in the car. Luckily, I could just walk back into the parking lot and grab my mask. I watched a few people argue that they did not have a mask, and couldn't find one to buy anywhere. This video will help make sure that doesn't happen anymore.
The video description lays out the materials you'll need to make your own paper mask.
- Paper Towel
- A4 Printer Paper
- Kleenex tissue
- Rubber Bands
- Stapler
- Scissors
The process is pretty simple and after watching the video a couple of times and was able to make it inf a few minutes.
