The "National Transportation Safety Board" is checking into a plane crash. The aircraft went down last night at the Pontiac Lake State Recreation Area near the Oakland County International Airport. The pilot was the only one on board and they were killed. Investigators say the twin engine Cessna was in the process of trying to land when something went wrong. The plane ended up in a wooded area and caught fire.  A local fire department was called and crews doused the flames and kept them from spreading.
