On Tuesday, June 23rd, the Ingham County Health Department announced that at least 14 people who recently visited Harper's Restaurant & Brew Pub had tested positive for the coronavirus. The health department is advising that anyone who was at Harper's between June 12th and June 20th should watch for symptoms of COVID-19. The Ingham County Health Departments is reporting that all of the people with COVID-19 cases linked to Harper's are between the ages of 19 and 23.

It appears that the number of coronavirus cases that are linked to Harper's has now increased. WILX is reporting that the number of people who have tested positive for the coronavirus after visiting Harper's in East Lansing on those dates now increased to at least 22. On Monday night, Harper's announced that there were temporarily closing.

According to the Michigan.gov coronavirus website, some of the symptoms of the coronavirus may appear in 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. Common symptoms include fever, shortness of breath, chills, headache, sore throat and a new loss of taste and/or smell. People can contact their primary care physician or find a no-cost testing site by clicking here.
