If you live in the city of Lansing and are in need of some free, fresh and non-perishable food items, there is going to be a mobile food pantry available for Lansing residents on Saturday, July 18th. The mobile food pantry is going to take place at the First United Methodist Church on Delta River Drive in Lansing. Vehicles will be allowed to line up starting at 7 am and the food will be available starting at 9 am. The event will run until 11 am or until all the food is distributed.

If you plan to attend, be sure to bring a valid state identification card, driver's license, or other proof of residency in the City of Lansing. Organizers of the event say that you should stay home if you have any symptoms of COVID-19  and arrange for someone else to bring your identification and a note allowing them to pick up food for you. Click here for more info. If you have any questions, you can call (517) 908-3680.
