Believe it or not, the first time the golden arches stepped foot in Michigan was back in 1957, right here in Lansing, Michigan!
The Michigan store still stands today, though it has been rebuilt a few times over the years. The location is 2120 North Larch Street.

While I cannot prove, this is the original location of the East Lansing McDonald's, Chances are, you've probably driven by it, or even eaten at this Mcdonald's if you attended school in East Lansing.
The East Lansing Mcdonald's is on East Grand River Avenue, not too far away from Michigan State University, as represented in the windows of this Mcdonald's.
