Michigan State football has landed their first commitment for the class of 2019.

Offensive Tackle Spencer Brown, a junior at Walled Lake Western, announced today via Twitter that he has committed to Michigan State for his college football years.

Brown is a 4-star recruit according to 247Sports and is considered a top-10 player out of the State of Michigan for this class. Brown is listed at 6'6" and 295 pounds currently. He is not far off on size with still a couple of years to go before he arrives on campus, on MSU's current roster his height and weight now is very comparable to projected starters like OT Luke Campbell.

According to 247Sports, Brown had more than 20 different offers for college football including other Big Ten destinations like Indiana, Minnesota and Iowa as well as notable programs like Louisville and Miami (FL).
