No, he's not happy to see you.  Those are Vodka bottles.

According to The Oakland Press,

Andrew Anthony Struzyk allegedly hid the vodka in the back pockets of his pants and left the store without paying for them on March 6. Loss prevention associates stopped Struzyk and called police, who arrested him at the scene, according to Bloomfield Township Police.

The suspect was charged with second-degree retail fraud.

I learned two things from this story that I never knew before:

#1 If you shop lift you can be charged with retail fraud.  Is that like calling a garbage man a sanitary engineer?

#2 Target sells Vodka.  I've been inside a target or two about 3.5 million times and I did not know that.
