Every single day there's always some type of crazy news story that everybody hears about and talks about for the rest of that particular day.

In this case, it's about a man from Michigan who decided to pour maple syrup into a vehicle's gas tank just to get back at someone for whatever reason.

I just don't understand people anymore. I don't know if it's because of this long pandemic we've been in for quite some time now, or maybe it has something to do with a full moon. Some people are just doing unheard of stupid things!

The man who is responsible for pouring maple syrup into a gas tank is from Alpena. This person apparently started arguing with a couple in a parking lot somewhere in Alpena.

Here's what mlive.com had to say:

Troopers checked the fuel cap and noticed a sticky substance, having an odor of maple syrup. The vehicle was towed to a local garage and the mechanic confirmed there was a gooey substance in the bottom of the tank that had clogged the fuel pump.

Talk about a nasty mess. And the cost to repair that mess was over $1,000. Needless to say, this man was arrested by the Alpena Police Department during a recent traffic stop several days ago.

Not sure what the argument was all about that triggered this guy to go to a store, purchase a bottle of maple syrup, and then pour it into somebody's gas tank.

It's almost like everyone is constantly on edge every single day, because you just don't know what's going to happen next.

For example, I was driving by Speedway on Grand River in Okemos just two days ago and heard two people screaming at each other at the top of their lungs. We need more kindness in this world!
