Michigan Felon Busted With 18 Guns and a Weed Vending Machine
Most people that operate vending machines sell things like pop, candy, or snacks. A Michigan man who has been making $2,000 a day selling weed out of a vending machine has been arrested by law enforcement.
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives got a tip that Marcellus Cornwell of Detroit, Michigan was operating a vending machine on the side of his Mettetal Street home and using it to sell marijuana and pills. Some of the people that Marcellus was selling to were minors. The anonymous tipster also said that he was in possession of guns which is illegal because he's a convicted felon.
Marcellus Cornwell Criminal History
According to WDIV 4, Marcellus's criminal history includes convictions in 1997 for armed robbery and felony firearm, in 2008 for carrying a concealed weapon, in 2009 for felon in possession of a firearm and felony firearm, and in 2011 for three counts of identity theft.
The Weed Vending Machine
The ATF conducted surveillance at his home and purchased marijuana from the vending machine in February and March. After those two purchases, law enforcement was able to obtain a search warrant.

ATF members found 18 firearms, dozens of rounds of assorted ammunition, and several kilograms of marijuana inside the home.
