So, why exactly did Lansing rank so low in this?
Travel Costs and Hassles

We ranked at number 97 on the list out of 100 for the highest cost and the most hassle to get to.
Believe it or not, at the top of the list as the is Santa Rosa, CA, as the lowest cost and fewest hassle to get to. Which is shocking to me, as I always assumed California would be more expensive to get to.
The Fewest Activities
Another shot at Lansing was made in that list as well!
Lansing came in at number 96 in the list for the fewest activities in towns to travel too. Now, as someone from the capital city, I do have to disagree, as there are a lot of things you can check out, however, we don't have what it takes to compete with number one. Coming in at number one on their list, is no shock, but Orlando, Florida.

Grand Rapids, Michigan did make the list, at number 17, so props to our sister city over there repping Michigan.
Detroit also made the list, coming in at number 39.
