We need food to live. I eat to live, I don't live to eat. That doesn't mean that I don't step out of my comfort zone and try new foods.

We have plenty of great dining establishments in the Lansing area. There are all kinds of different ethnic foods you can try: sushi, Indian, Cuban, Chinese, bbq, chain restaurants and so on and so forth. I am a big fan of the sushi restaurants in the area. Some are better than others, but I have never had a negative experience while dining out for sushi.

When I lived in Lansing near Potter Park Zoo, I found a great Cuban restaurant inside of a Marathon gas station in Lansing, and they delivered! I rolled the dice one night and ordered them, and I was blown away by the food. I couldn't believe that this amazing food came from a restaurant inside of a gas station. Jose's is listed in the go-to places for gas station vittles, and I encourage you to give them a shot.

That got me thinking about what other restaurants exist inside gas stations that have amazing food. There has to be more than just one. I mean if Marathon hosts a Cuban restaurant, what other gems have I been missing? That's where you came in. Thank you for the suggestions you submitted to me on Facebook about gas stations that have great food options. You can find the list of those below.
