Lansing Area Town 6th Best Place to Live in The U.S. For 2021

They say that home is where the heart is, and why not. We have to have our comfort place to rest and relax. I have lived in many cities in my life, Chicago, Tampa, Philly, Las Vegas and more. All of these cities had their good qualities, and really were fun places to live.

I find the Lansing area to be very cozy, with some of the nicest folks. I think the Midwest has the kindest people. Being from Chicago, I really feel comfortable here.

Well check this out, Okemos is the sixth best place to live in the U.S. according to Niche.com. This site compiles both resident and data reviews on cities.

This was a nice move for this great city because last year, Okemos placed 13th in the best cities to live in, so it made a significant move up.  Okemos placed sixth for the quality of its public schools, housing and family friendly environment.  It is such a nice area. I am in that community quite a bit.

Other cities that placed in the top five best places to live in Michigan include:

2. Troy
3. Bloomfield Charter Township
4. Beverly Hills
5. Ann Arbor

Okemo is in Ingham County and has a great suburban feel with lots to do. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and parks.  It also has a very low crime rate says neighborhoodsscout.com.  It's one of safest communities in America.

So hats off to a great place to live in Michigan, Okemos.
