That's right, there's a chance you won't have to just go to McDonald's for a chicken sandwich anymore.

That first line was a partial lie, as KFC is only testing a new premium chicken sandwich in Orlando, Florida. So, unless you're planning a vacation from your home after this is all done, you probably won't find this around a store near you.

This is a market strategy to go up against big chains like Chick-fil-A, Popeyes & McDonald's, according to WILX.

“We launched into this process that we believe now is going to be able to compete,” chief marketing officer Andrea Zahumensky ,told CNN Business. “The ‘Crispy Colonel’ has a lot of fans, but we knew we could do better and it wasn’t good enough for us.”

The sandwich will only be tested at 15 of Orlando's, KFC locations.

Now don't fret, there is a great chance that if this promotion and trial is successful, you can go by one at one of KFC's 4,000 locations.
