What Up Doe? This Halloween Costume Embodies Detroit

There's finally a chill in the air, leaves changing colors, and football, which means Halloween is right around the corner. Sure, this year you could head out to your Halloween parties as something basic like a witch, cat, or doctor, but maybe this is your sign to go as something hyper-local.

Last year, there was a huge spike in Joumana Kayrouz costumes. They were hilarious, and she thought so, too!

Who Is Joumana Kayrouz?

Kayrouz is one of Michigan's well-recognized attorneys, known for appearing on the covers of countless buses, billboards, and television ads over the years. She stands out as the only female attorney to own a major personal injury law firm in the state.

Many people went viral for dressing as the successful lawyer last year, and were a huge hit amongst friends and fellow Metro Detroiters.

The best part? Kayrouz loved it! She shared the photos all Halloween season long on her Instagram stories.

In an interview she did with HOUR, they reported that she "lovingly embraced the meme."
