Lansing Restaurant Round-Up: Here’s What’s Opening in 2025 So Far…

I know that we're only a little ways into 2025. However, we've already seen a few new restaurants open in Lansing.

So far I Heart Mac & Cheese and more opened in East Lansing in early January. Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant near Eastwood Towne Center opened their doors on February 3rd. And Pizza Hut over on Lansing's west side opened on February 4th.

However, there are still plenty of openings on the horizon.

Restaurants and More Opening in Lansing in 2025

Here's a look at the different coffee shops, eateries, and restaurants on the short list to open in Lansing in 2025.

7 Brew Coffee

This drive-thru coffee joint will open its first Mid-Michigan location on Lansing's south side on March 3rd.

29° 41° Mediterranean Street Food

This Michigan-based chain restaurant plans on opening a location on Lake Lansing road just west of 127 (next to the Starbucks) sometime this spring.

Capital City Sweets

This dessert joint hopes to open in the Red Cedar development along Michigan Avenue sometime this spring.

Dave & Buster's, Lansing

Dave & Buster's is expected to open in "early summer 2025."

Anna's House, Lansing

Anna's House is a breakfast place that is taking over the old Tin Can Bar west location. They are shooting for an opening date in the fall.

Dunkin'

This coffee joint is opening on Lansing's south side. No word yet on when.

Wing-Stop

This eatery is opening right next to the new Dunkin' going in on the south side. No word on its opening.
