I Heart Mac & Cheese and More in East Lansing
They serve loaded mac & cheese, grilled cheese, pizzas, flatbreads and more. They opened in January.
Château Coffee Co in Okemos
This is the second location for this coffee shop. It opened the Okemos location in late January.
Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant near Eastwood Towne Center
This fine dining establishment near Eastwood Towne Center opened on February 3rd.

Pizza Hut in Lansing
This Pizza Hut on Lansing's west side opened on February 4th.
Angela's Mediterranean Food in East Lansing
This cafe opened in Downtown East Lansing on February 27th.
Chengdu Teahouse in Old Town
This Chinese-fusion tea house opened in Old Town on March 1st.
7 Brew Coffee in Lansing
This coffee shop, which is completely new to Mid Michigan, opened on Lansing's south side on March 3rd.
Dunkin' in Lansing
This coffee place opened on Lansing south side in early March.
This eatery opened on the south side in early March.
Good Truckin'
Good Truckin' (they've dropped the 'diner' part) had its grand opening at its new, bigger location in Old Town on March 17th.
