When is Lansing's Taco and Tequila Fest?

This Saturday, August 19th marks the inaugural Lansing Taco and Tequila Fest.

If you enjoy a nice gold or silver tequila, this festival is the one for you. There will be over 100 different tequilas ranging in price from $30 to $100 a bottle, all available for you to sample, either as a shot or in a margarita or other cocktail.

Of course, you can't have a taco and tequila fest without the tacos.

Vendors like Maria's Food Trucks, Taqueria Tomatitos, Tamales Especial, and Triple E's Eatery will be there serving up scrumptious tacos, tamales, and more.

Where is Lansing's Taco and Tequila Fest?

All the deliciousness takes place from 4 to 8 p.m. (or 3 to 8 p.m. for those VIP ticket holders) this Saturday at Adado Riverfront Park (201 E Shiawassee St, Lansing, MI 48933).

If you want to go to this festival, you've got a few options.

Taco and Tequila Fest Ticket Information

You could wait until the day of the event and try to buy a ticket when you get there, but that's risky in case they run out, and it'll cost you five more bucks a piece. Instead, you can buy tickets in advance; $35 for general admission, $70 for VIP, and $10 for designated driver (those tickets are always $10).

Both the general admission and VIP tickets get you entry to the main festival, a souvenir glass, and tasting tickets. However, the VIP ticket gets you in one hour early, it gets you access to the VIP tasting tent, and it gets you more tasting tickets.
