When I was a Girl Scout (way back in the day mind you), I absolutely LOVED cookie season.

To be fair, I made out like a bandit because I was the only Girl Scout in my family at the time, and boy do I have a big family. My mom is one of 14 and my dad is one of seven, so I had plenty of aunts and uncles who bought boxes of cookies.

Girl Scout Cookie Season

Flash forward to today and there are so many more people one can reach when trying to sell cookies. Girl Scouts are incredibly smart, and nowadays, they take advantage of the immense amount of technology available to make the most sales possible. Which is awesome!

I have already supported a Girl Scout in my family this season because they had a special link that their mom posted to Facebook, and you could order right on your computer or smartphone. I swear, these girls are such excellent entrepreneurs.

Here's the thing, maybe you don't have a Girl Scout in your life to give your cookie money to, and that's totally okay. Rather than driving around randomly hoping to spot a troop of Girl Scouts outside of a Kroger or in a church parking lot, there is a smarter way to look for where to get your cookie fix.

How to Find Girl Scout Cookies Near Me

The Girl Scouts have gone out of their way to make it easy to find cookie booths by setting up a "Find Cookies" application on their website.

All you have to do is input the zip code you'd like to search for, and it comes up with a nearby troop and a massive list of booths available to buy from in person. They tell you exactly where the booth is going to be (down to the name of the business and the address) as well as when they'll be there.

Keep in mind, it's always a good idea to bring cash with you to cookie booths, but there are a lot of booths nowadays that accept credit or debit cards. I'm telling you...these girls are excellent entrepreneurs!

So if you want to satisfy your cookie craving and support local girls, this is your chance. CLICK HERE to access the "Find Cookies" application from the Girl Scouts and get ready to buy a few boxes. And then perhaps a few extra...you know...to keep in the freezer for later.
