With 32 teams across 50 states, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize that some states don't have NFL teams of their own. In fact, some of the states that are represented in the NFL have multiple teams - like California, New York and Florida hogging them with three each!

For some Americans, rooting for the nearest NFL team means rooting for an NFL team in a state other than their own.
