On April 8, 2024, Delta Air Lines is offering a special flight from Austin, Texas to Detroit, giving you prime views of the total solar eclipse.

Departing Austin at 12:15 p.m. Central Time and landing in Detroit around 4:20 p.m. Eastern Time, Flight 1218 ensures maximum time within the path of totality, all aboard the spacious Airbus A220-300 with extra-large windows.

Obviously, tickets for this flight will go fast since it's such an incredibly unique view. But if you miss the special flight, don't fret! Delta has you covered with five other routes offering viewing opportunities:
