Owner David Burns, who's the 17th owner of The Alto Bar, has operated the business for 16 years. He's now ready to retire and pass the torch to the 18th owner, Crain's Grand Rapids reports.

The 3,830 square-foot, two-story building sits on a two-acre lot. According to the listing, The Alto Bar "combines Wild West allure with modern dining" and "offers a quaint rural vibe yet remains close to key attractions".
