Ice Storm hits most of Lower Michigan

A bad ice storm has hit most of lower Michigan and thousands are without power. The "Lansing Office of Emergency Management" says ice has been building up on trees and power lines. They say treat all downed lines as being live and stay at least 25 feet away from them. Officials say if you see any call your utility company.
