Pennsylvania State Troopers captured a fugitive that had eluded them for almost seven weeks.

Eric Frein is accused of shooting and killing trooper Byron Dickson and seriously wounding another when he entered the state police barracks in Pocono Mountain.

The man hunt for Frein ended near an empty airport hanger on Thursday about 30 miles away from where the shooting took place.  He was held in handcuffs that belonged to the trooper he is accused of killing.

A trial date has not been set yet.
