Have you been to a large gathering or near someone who got the coronavirus? Cause you can get tested for free this weekend in Lansing. I haven't been tested yet but I am looking to get it done as easily as possible and it seems like this weekend is a good opportunity.

In addition, along with testing this weekend they will also be interviewing people who test positive so they can do more tracing of the virus. This is also something I'm interested in since I know someone who lives with someone who tested positive. I haven't met with them but have been in contact with them, but the spread of the virus is still something we are learning about.

According to WILX,  Ingham County Health officials are running testing on Saturday from noon until 2 p.m. at Walsh Park in Lansing. It will only be nasal tests and you only need to bring your ID, if you have a health insurance card you can also bring that but it isn't needed.

There are other free testing events, insurance card not needed, with the next one happening on July 15th with walk-in and drive-thru testing at Holt High School. Other testing events here.
