Eastbound Lanes Of I-496 To Be Reopened July 20

As soon as Monday, the I-496 eastbound lanes will be opened again after nearly $60 million had been invested to improve I-496 between I-96 and Lansing Road.

You can expect the westbound lanes to be closed on Thursday, July 23rd for construction.

The associated ramps at Creyts Road on eastbound I-496 will be open to traffic.

You can expect the westbound I-96 ramp to eastbound I-496 will remain closed until July 27th.

There will be posted detours for these closures.
