A new EPIC-MRA poll found that 90% of state voters want our state roads fixed and our ready to pay more taxes to do so.

Are you one of the 90%?

According to a majority of people who took the poll they, they want to raise our states sales tax 1% from 6% to 7%.

Surprisingly the people who took the poll blame all parties involved for not agreeing on a way to pay for it.  That is a nice change of pace.

Those who took the poll self describe themselves as the following:

  • 41 percent described themselves as Democrats
  • 37 percent as Republicans
  • 19 percent as Independents.

Do you want your sales tax raised to pay for infrastructure improvements?

Would you prefer that they cut spending instead to do so?

Where would you suggest they cut spending if so?
