Detroit Man’s House Put Up for Sale Without His Knowledge [VIDEO]

Imagine finding out your home has been put up for sale without your knowledge or permission. It happened to a Dearborn Heights resident whose name is Kevin.

This story is incredibly complicated. WJBK investigative reporter Bob Wolchek uncovers numerous layers of what is termed 'Bulk Portfolio' real estate.

The victim in this story -- Kevin -- owns and resides in what appears to be a well-maintained home. But it's been included in several bulk portfolio transactions which include numerous rundown homes in the Detroit area.
