Here we go again. It's time for us to 'spring forward' for Daylight Saving Time 2019 this weekend. Daylight Saving Time 2019 in Michigan will begin at 2:00 AM on Sunday, March 10th.

Besides being a pain in the rear end because we'll lose an hour of fun over the weekend, every year it seems that there's that one clock that you always forget to change and then about mid-week you have a small panic attack because you're not really sure what time it is. Anyway, according to the Health.com website, there are some legitimate reasons why you should take Daylight Saving Time seriously. According to their info, stroke rates rise and fall around a time change and heart attack numbers reportedly spike after the spring time change. Cluster headaches and depression are problematic around a time change for some people, too. Click here to read more.

And if you're one of those people that really like to plan ahead, keep in mind that we fall back this year on Sunday, November 3rd, 2019.
