Concrete From U.S. 127 Overpass Hits Jackson Driver

Unfortunately, you can definitely call this being at the wrong place at the wrong time.

On Wednesday a piece of concrete from an overpass wreaked havoc when it came loose and fell on U.S. 127. Some really, really scary stuff.
