My find was a search on a website that is basically E-Bay, and all I did was type in Lansing and stumbled upon a treasure trove. Literally!

Above is a postcard of the City National bank here in Lansing. That wasn't the cool find, just a piece to the puzzle that got me to what I found.

Take a look below at this retro check out of the early 1880s, which was from the Lansing National Bank.

It is surprising it is in such great condition for being over a hundred years old at this point.
