The Lake Sturgeon - Michigan's Biggest Creature

You may be a little startled if it decides to swim past your feet, as the Lake Sturgeon is rather big in size. On average, they can be anywhere between six and three feet in length.

They will also weigh anywhere between 30-100lbs. 

As you can see above, Lake Sturgeon aren't a very small breed of fish.

Lake Sturgeon Also Have A Long Life Span

The creature that swims in the great lakes, which is one of the biggest, also happens to live anywhere between 50-80 years of age. 

The fish themselves, aren't much of a looker species either, but they do get the royal title of biggest fish in the Great Lakes.
