WLNS.com reports that Hyundai is recalling more than 150,000 of its Sonata models due to a malfunction that may cause airbags to not inflate during crashes.

According to the report, Hyundai has had four reports of airbag malfunctions in 2011 Sonata models. The computer that controls the airbags is subject to short circuit. This could also cause safety belts to not tighten properly.

The company will notify owners if their vehicle is affected beginning in April.
