That New Years Resolution to lose weight isn't just a struggle for you, but it seems more Americans are working on it, according to WILX.

A study coming from Tulane University finds that a lot of Americans are in fact dieting, but the the rise in obesity is still happening.

The research showed that adults who attempted losing weight was about 34% back in 1999, and jumped to 42% in 2016.

Even with that, obesity rates are still on the rise. The main struggles of weight loss is of course eating less, exercising, and drinking more water. Also, cutting items such as soda, and foods and drinks with sugar in them.
