Donald Trump is returning to Michigan Monday with a pair of campaign rallies in Warren and Grand Rapids. The move comes after a revelation that the FBI has re-started it’s investigation into Hillary Clinton and her ‘reckless’ handling of classified emails on her private email server.

The announcement makes it clear that Trump thinks he can still win here. Internal polling has indicated he has enough support to collect Michigan’s 16 electoral votes on November 8th.

The cloud hanging over the Clinton campaign could be very damaging as well as voters take yet another look at her trustworthiness and honesty.

Trump’s campaign manager Kellyanne Conway is a professional pollster and Trump would not be coming to Michigan with just a week to go unless they believed he can win. Trump is also headed to New Mexico on Monday. New Mexico is another state that is traditionally Democratic in recent elections that the Trump team believes they can win.
