A Zebra was unable to find shelter in this arctic weather in Carroll County, Indiana.  The picture is heartbreaking.

We all know by now to take care of our dogs in this frigid weather.  In fact, Michiganders could do serious jail time if they don't take care of their dogs in this weather.  Click here for that story.

According to WTHR in Indianapolis,

Carroll County Sheriff's Office confirmed that the animal got caught in the fence of the property and it was unable to get loose.

The cold air crystallized in the zebra's lungs as it was trying to get free, but it was too late for the zebra.
