Why are Michigan’s Gas Prices going up again?

Last week oil prices started edging up and it was only a matter of time when pump prices would as well and now they have. GasBuddy.com is reporting refinery problems in the Great Lakes region and in the Midwest and California are also responsible. The statewide average is now 3.25. That's a jump of 11 cents a gallon over the past several days.
