The State of Vermont has now officially banned brownies and chocolate treats from their public schools.

You hear that right.  It seems as thought the patients have taken over the insane asylum.

But children do not fear they have replaced those brownies and chocolate treats with fruit kebabs, kale and gluten-free paleo lemon bars as school treats.

So eat up kids.  Have seconds if you would like.

Laurie Colgan, child nutrition program director at the Agency of Education stated the following: “These changes are really supporting the types of diets that we as a country should be following to have a healthy diet and lifestyle,”
