Was Tony Stewart in the Wrong?

Tony Stewart hit and killed Kevin Ward Jr. on Saturday.  Stewart did not race on Sunday.

Fans are wondering if he will return this Sunday for the Pure Michigan 400 at Michigan International Speedway.
