WILX.com is reporting that Toyota is recalling more than 2.4 million of its Prius and Auris hybrid vehicles over a potential stalling issue.

According to the report, the recall affects some models made between 2008 and 2014. Some of the vehicles have already been recalled for a similar issue, in which the cars may go into a fail-safe mode, causing them to lose power and stall.

Toyota will run a software update free of charge to owners of affected vehicles. For more details, visit this link to WILX.com
