Do you believe when you buy a ticket to an entertainment or sporting event in Michigan, that ticket is your personal property?

As your personal property, can you do with it whatever you want?  Let's say you want to sell that ticket for more than you bought it.  In Michigan you do not have the right to do so.

Some Michigan politicians think you should be able to do with that ticket whatever you want and to do so they would need to repeal the 1948 Michigan Anti-Scalping law.

Do you believe it is time to repeal the 1948 Anti-Scalping law.  What are the implications of doing so.

Please comment and let me know.
