The Michigan Farm Bureau is out with a study and it shows cherry, blueberry and peach trees along with grape crops have been damaged by the severe winter weather. Some apple orchards look to be effected as well. The experts say we'll get a better idea just how severe that damage actually is in the weeks ahead.

A big concern now is a quick warm up and then a cold snap.  When the temperature rises the fruit starts to mature. If a freeze sets in after that process starts the end result could be damage so extensive the trees and vines impacted may never recover and will be lost for the entire season.
