Michigan State Senator Tom Casperson, R-Escanaba, announced that he would introduce legislation to "call on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Army Corps) to withdraw their proposed rule expanding the definition of 'waters of the United States.”

Sen. Casperson says that this legislation would help protect Tenth Amendment rights and would help to limit a "federal power grab."

This morning Sen. Casperson joined Steve Gruber on The Steve Gruber Show to speak about this proposed legislation.  He said "The EPA is on steroids when it comes to regulation."

Listen below:

Do you agree with Sen. Casperson? Is the EPA on steroids when it comes to regulation? Do you think that this would be good legislation?
