It's going on now, it's the "Golden Snow Globe" competition to determine which city nationwide with a population of over 100,000 ends up with the most snowfall this winter. At last count four cities in Michigan are faring quite well. Making the top 10:

#3 is Grand Rapids with about 92 inches -- #6 is Ann Arbor with about 72 inches -- #7 is Detroit with about 71 inches -- #9 is Flint with about 64 inches -- and -- the city with the most snow is Erie, Pennsylvania which now has nearly 108 inches. For details: goldensnowglobe.com
