“Pure Michigan” is Purely Popular

A new study has determined last year across the country once again the "Pure Michigan" website was the most popular website of its kind anywhere. It's been in the top spot for seven straight years. MICHIGAN.ORG captured over 6% of all travel and tourism internet traffic. In all of 2013 it was visited more than nine million times. That comes out to about 25,000 times a day. In addition the "Pure Michigan" Facebook page has over a half million fans. With its "What's New in Pure Michigan" and "Hot Spots" sections the website is set up to provide many internet links to places all over the state.
