Whichever side you stand on in the gun debate, you'll be seeing quite a display today in Lansing.

MLive.com is reporting that supporters of the state's Open Carry Law will be holding a rally to draw attention to their cause.  They're concerned about efforts to limit gun rights in Michigan and beyond and will be marching to the state Capitol carrying handguns and rifles.

They say criminals are the ones committing crimes, not law-abiding citizens.  They want more emphasis placed on mental health programs to identify potential problems before they escalate into violence.

The group is starting the march at the corner of Cedar Street and Michigan Avenue and will head to the Capitol.

The Michigan State Police will be on hand as well making sure the event goes smoothly.
