U-M has hosted several night games in recent years.

But that won't be the case in 2015.

Michigan announced Thursday it won't be hosting any night games in the upcoming season, deflating some hype that had been building around rumors that the Wolverines would host Michigan State under the lights in Ann Arbor.

More from a U-M press release issued Thursday:

"With primetime selections through the networks and Big Ten Conference office now complete, Michigan will not host a night game this season at Michigan Stadium. Kickoff times for the remainder of the 2015 season will be announced in coordination with those partners."
