Michigan Real Estate Industry Expects a Solid 2014

Home values in Michigan continue to edge up. Over the past year they've increased over 11%. The experts figure this year those values will jump an average of another 4%. Analysts say the reason for the improved showing: a stronger statewide economy coupled with more full time employment and a robust auto industry.

Of homes listed in the state now the average price is around $115,000.
