Michigan: More are Staying than Leaving

There was a time when the state's population was shrinking--but not anymore. For two years in a row now more people have opted to do one of two things: move to Michigan or decide not to leave for someplace else. The stats that determined this were taken from July of last year through July of this year. They show a population increase of about 13,000. We now have about 9,9 million living here.
